A SARAZ is easy to live with — but when it does need attention, our service centre in Lalitpur and pickup service across the valley keep the wait short.
Every 3,000 km or 6 months — brakes, tires, and battery health checked by SARAZ technicians.
In the Kathmandu Valley, we'll collect your vehicle for service and return it the same week.
Manufacturing defects covered under your model's warranty term — no charge, no runaround.
Pro and Touring models can be checked remotely through the SARAZ app before you even visit.
How it Works

Drop off at a service centre, or request pickup within the valley.

Anything outside warranty is quoted before we start — no surprises.

Most services complete same-day; larger repairs, within the week.
